Questions

Things families usually ask

Is there a minimum number of hours?+

We're flexible. Many families start with a few visits a week and adjust from there. We'll talk through what makes sense for your situation at the consultation.

What if our caregiver is sick or on vacation?+

We cover the shift. You'll be told in advance who's coming, and your care plan goes with them, so nothing gets missed.

Can caregivers drive my loved one to appointments?+

Yes. Safe transportation to appointments, the pharmacy, the grocery store, and social outings is part of our companion care service.

Can we combine services?+

Absolutely. Every care plan is written with the family, and it can draw from any of our services as needs change.

How do I know the visit actually happened?+

Caregivers check in and out from your loved one's home, and families receive a short update after every visit.
